The dumping I reported last week on Portobello Harbour (16.04.2014) via your blog and directly to the litter warden myself is still there now (same bags plus additional dumping). I reported it again on Tuesday (22.04.2014) of this week. Still no clean-up. It all seems to happen under cover of darkness at night so it’s difficult to identify the culprits.”
