    a skip bag and some commerical like this were left in a skip bag in my lane a few hundred metres away from this photo, in the Railway Estate (CIE works). I wonder is it one dodgy builder? Was the skip bag Kilsaran concrete and is there any Belfast coal bags in the pile?

    OIsin, we don’t know. All we got was the photo itself – same as yourself.

    If you click through onto our website, you can click on the image itself and there will be an option to ‘display full size’.

    The skip bag is yellow and has a phone number on it, but not clear what that number is.
