Holy moly. That’s at my mum’s house. They just did a residents clean up of the whole place last Sunday 9th, they sweep the streets, tidy everywhere and plant flowers; they have a very active res association and they work hard to make the place clean and pleasant. I swear to god, if I had been there, I would not have been responsible for my actions.
These are older pics Fiona, that we just recently received.
So probably pre-date the Jun 9th clean-up.
But yes still really bad form isn’t it.
Well, that is something; otherwise it would have been heartbreaking for them to have this happen straight after a clean up. And worse, those bags appeared to have valid pay tags on them; but because they have been ripped open they would not be picked up. Ack.
