We’ve reported it but it seems DCC can’t get their head around Blessington Place also being the lane that runs behind the last of the St. Joseph’s Parade Cottage & so NEVER pick up dumped rubbish from here, despite it being a dumping hot-spot & us telling them where to go every time. You can only see a part of the problem as there’s more around the corner of the cottage, No. 66, on St. Joseph’s Parade; about eight or nine bags in all.”
