With thx to Ailish B, who says “Twice in a week, tagged and uncollected. I’m certain this is a combination of ‘the bin company’s unreliable service and the ignorance of the tenants. I’ve sent two letters to each of the tenants in the building with all the numbers they can ring to find out the right rubbish collection dates but obviously it hasn’t worked. This is a regular occurrence outside 3 Hatch Street Lower, Dublin 2. If I can find the landlords name Ill include it with the next photos, which are inevitable.”
