With thanks to FC, who says “What a difference a bin (or 3) makes! This is the tree outside 498 NCR which has seen all sorts of rubbish dumped against it over the past few years. Last week, 3 bins appeared outside 498 and since then there hasn’t been one piece of litter/rubbish dumped here. Take note DCC – all it takes is for landlords of multi-occupancy houses to provide bins for their tenants, and the litter problem would be greatly reduced. Go after them for all our sakes.”
