With thanks to SM, who says “From Parnell St, more bags added to the piles that are already there. This is where people get buses to the country etc. I have not seen any improvement in this area, it is worse than ever before. It’s the same pattern that happens in all dumping black spots – it starts with a small number of bags then others join in and the area gets destroyed…Why do these people have control of this situation? There should be no acceptance of this by the body that is supposed to take care of the city, not one bit! And if they approached it in that manner we would see real change. DCC need to reflect upon the way they have dealt with this disgusting mess
