With thanks to LR, who says: “This is a generic posting notifying you of the state of Fairview Park. This picture was taken just next to the playground nearest the Fairview triangle. Across the entire park there is heaps of rubbish scattered, including this colourful assortment. According to the park maintenance crew the bins only get emptied once, maximum twice a week. Considering how many children play in the park it’s an absolute shame that DCC allows for this to happen. Can you please see to this ASAP?”
