IMG_1088 – the Aldi bag – this is the 3rd time that this has been reported and it remains there and now has another dumped beside it.Some of the others have litter warden stickers on them, it is obvious that it is not a deterrent as there are other bags dumped beside them. Bags everywhere, some torn open with the contents all over the paths. When are the authorities going to get serious about this, enforcement is a non existent joke, there is no good news, there is no gloss to be put on it.”
