It obviously comes from a restaurant or take way business in the area who refuses to pay for the disposal of their surplus or out of date food. We are seeing this more and more in the area and have had large boxes of sausage, bags of chicken legs, wings and red meat all dumped in the last few weeks. Previously we caught a man dumping from a Chinese restaurant. He would regularly drive his car into the square in the early hours, and unload boxes and bags of food and packaging.”
