With thanks to PC, who says “we’re appalled at what is happening in our area with fast food places. I’ve attached (yet again) a commercial dump of chicken legs under the Blessington Court archway. I rang the Litter Line, but since then someone/something has spread it all over the footpath and the archway is almost impassable. We just wish we could catch them. There would be murder!!!” And understandably so !
