Nobody here will ever report it and this particular spot has been bad for as long as i’m living in the area – 2 years, if not longer. You can see the wall is in bits, there’s part of it black from a bonfire. Its a very dark, dodgy, dingy street and the houses along it are like ghetto’s. If the council is serious about tackling the litter problem it needs to start on streets like this.”
