With thanks to BF, who says “Tandy’s Lane, Adamstown/Lucan, Co. Dublin is a black spot of the illegal dumping of rubbish. There is rubbish along Tandy’s Lane on both sides of the road. Some rubbish has been dumped a number of weeks E.g mattresses. I suggest South Dublin County Council carry out regular checks of Tandy’s Lane and install hidden cameras.”
