With thanks to SmcG. Local resident says a noticeable increase in dumping here and a noticeable decrease in cleaning from DCC. IF the resources are being diverted from cleaning into enforcement, great, but if not and it’s just a reduction, then where does that leave the vast majority of decent local households ? Are they expected to just put up with their dumper neighbours for ever, while paying LPT and big tags at the same time?
