As you can see in the attached photo, at the moment there is a bag at the corner of Phibsboro Ave (near Spire View) that has now been completely ripped apart by wild cats. We would appreciate the help of Dublin City Council cleaning up the area. The residents have repeated called for CCTV to be installed around our streets to help tackle the problem and we would appreciate you pushing this issue to the top of the agenda as it has now become a critical health and safety issue. “
