A lot of this is from DCC residents, and the other is from an area where prolific dumping is coming from the multi unit residential housing there, and for some reason, DCC have done nothing about this area. The area is the Summerhill/NCR junction, I know that DCC have a camera trained on the area but the people there are untouchable, why is that?”
