This happens each week. People from nearby houses leave out rubbish, presumably not tagged and it gets shredded by dogs and people kicking the bags as they walk by. Nice!

4 y.o child found this syringe outside his school> Nth gt George’s st, D1, Feb 04 2013
School staff were informed & had to clean it up. Syringes are becoming much more commonly seen on the streets of Dub Central. Due to the HSE’s policy of clustering clinics & hostels into certain areas.
