Continuous problem on this street: abandoned & overflowing Greyhound bins post Council outsourcing of waste collection: Greyhound won’t collect, say it’s DCC’s problem to keep streets clean, or if bins are full with wrong rubbish! DCC say it’s up to Greyhound to collect.
