Well done to Garvan for doing this, it really captures the dire situation we find ourselves in. The failure of public bodies has allowed this to foster!
Dumped rubbish affect social attitudes, makes an area appear neglected, encourages petty crime , vandalism, car break ins, burglary and in the end supports no one but thieves, rogue landlords and criminals. Wake up Dublin City Council. We refuse to be the next Moyross.
