With thanks to GG, who says “This landlord needs this dumped on his own doorstep. What the hell are DCC doing about this???” Indeed it has to be said, there has been little sign of enforcement of the new bye laws in the blackspot areas, such as this one. We hope this situation will improve over the comming weeks and months …

    The NCR is supposed to be a targeted area under the new bye-laws! Is it just me or is there a casual acceptance of this by the bodies that are meant to look after the city? You have to ask yourself why that is?!
