With thanks to 2c, who says “Charleville Close (off Leinster Rd) Rathmines. The council need to put cameras here as it a constant dumping spot in vulnerable unattended bins. Residents have to leave there bins at the end of the lane, as the bin trucks won’t go up the lane”

    Update 24 Oct – Council have done nothing, as predicted this has only attracted more illegal dumping from passers by – 3 black bags now overflowing on to road
