With thanks to SmcG, who says “The infamous Summerhill/NCR junction. Not only is there indiscriminate dumping of rubbish here but there is regular dumping of household items. It comes from the adjacent apartments/MTUs. The illegally dumped rubbish has been collected this is what remains. It’s usually worse in fairness and it raises suspicions that landlords are clearing out apartments and leaving the remains on the streets, it is a weekly occurrence and I have seen items that can fill an entire flat. I already know that there are zero waste facilities for the units here. Have DCC done anything about it? No, and they have the nerve to use anti-social behaviour as an excuse to not grant permission for a couple of Croke Park gigs! What about this anti-social behaviour that goes on 365 days a year?”
