This illegal dumping is now a regular occurrence on this corner. It is unacceptable. Beyond picking it up on behalf of the culprit , what can be done to end this vile routine. Can the administrator of the action group please urgently contact Dublin City Council, and I assume the litter warden, to highlight this ongoing issue.
