With thanks to BH, who says “These exact same bins, put out are overflowing with waste set to topple over or be blown and scattered all over the road. City council have already been out. When are they going to actually take these people seriously? Are DCC just taking the easy way out and picking up the rubbish and not actually tackling the problem by issuing fines? They are Greyhound bins after all, and have both electronic chips and bar codes on them. From this information they can easily be identified. The address is also written on the labels. What more do they want? One of the bins is the green bin and yet again, they don’t realise that tomorrow is not a green bin collection day…. so that bin is going to sit there for days to come… I find it so frustrating when its so blatant and obvious to everyone except DCC how to solve it! There is a rogue landlord letting this house out – Im guessing the same landlord doesn’t come to inspect the property or take any responsibility.”
