With thanks to HC, who says “I was away for the holidays and got home late last night so didn’t get to photo the roads in and around Spire View in the dark but dumping was at an all time high in all the usual spots. I assume that there will be some sort of cleaning service in place today anyway, but just to highlight that Phibsborough, Phibsborough Avenue and surrounding roads all need urgent attention today.
